I’ve worked with Mitch Kitchens State Farm for several years now, and cannot think of any scenario that would cause me to look elsewhere. Worst experience I have ever had with an Insurance company. It was a brand new home and should have gone smoothly but I have never encountered the lack of professionalism and incompetence we’ve experienced from this agency over the last year. The agent is never around and the assistants are lacking in knowledge and skills to help and are not interested in problem solving. There are definitely some issues with paperwork at the corporate headquarters but this agency should be able to assist. Escrow paid at closing but I kept getting bills and the agents office could never get them straight. I ended up paying and canceled the policy at the end of the first year.
