Mischa was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of enrolling in Medicare. My husband and I were new to Medicare and to the plans available to us in California. First, Mischa provided a thorough explanation of exactly what Medicare is. Next, he gathered information from us regarding our specific health needs and found the best plan for us. Mischa gave a thorough explanation of the plan and benefits and also helped us with enrollment in the plan. He was always available if we had questions.
Great experience with Mischa. He was involved every step of the way and help guide me through the process. Personable, friendly and knew his stuff. Never felt like I was pushed into anything I didn't want or need, but felt informed about the options!
He is a person, really cares my benefit and answers my questions immediately. I am very satisfy his service.
