Mirage Insurance

I have been trying to get a car removed from my policy , Called Monday about 5 times no response , Tuesday finally got a a hold of someone but the person stated that only a supervisor was able to remove my car from the policy and had to wait for the supervisor to contact me . Spoke with the supervisor Tuesday afternoon and was told it they had to send the removal paper work to Legacy and that it could take up to 48 hours, next day got a call again asking me if i wanted to add some extra coverage to my vehicle to which i say NO and was told they were going to get back to me when the other vehicle was removed. Today is Saturday already and still haven't hear back from them , had to end up paying my next month for both vehicles , they did told me there was a possibility that I was going to

The insurance agent there named Christian Brito helped me find the cheapest insurance rates for my vehicle. Was very polite and professional, and answered all my question. Definitely is the guy to go with to get affordable insurance .

Christian went above and beyond his job and always does. He is very professional and gets things done in a timely manner. I highly recommend calling Christian for any home or auto insurance needs!

I coukdnt give them lower... This place is the WORST customer Assistance there is l weather you go to the office or over the phone no matter what you need they have excuses for you to come to their office abd when you go they completly ignore you.. They dont even acknowledge you are there standing until 10 minutes later they look at you like if you bother them and they tell you to sit down rudely!!!!!! Dont recomend them ....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You can't make payments unless you physically go in. If you call, he just throws you on hold until you give up. I've been waiting for 35 minutes (because i wanted to see if he would ever come back) and nothing... even when he used to actually answer, he put you on speaker so everyone could hear your card information. Horrible, unprofessional, and incredibly rude!!
