Minhthao Ha - State Farm Insurance Agent

We bought a new home and the sellers were doing a rent back, so we remained on our current home. We clearly communicated the rent back to the agent (I recall hearing my wife ask, "Do you know what a rent back is?" to the agent, and they responded they did—apparently not). They cancelled that policy, which caused our mortgage company to say we were in default. Also, we had to try several times to get it reinstated before it finally happened. *Hours* of our time were wasted rectifying this because the agent(s) didn't know the basics of selling a home, and then were unresponsive when we tried to fix it. Throughout all of this, they never apologized, and actually tried to blame us. We'll be switching agents once we get into our new home.

One of the worst experience I had that costed me 8.4k. When I decided to switch over to Statefarm, Agent Minhthao Ha told me that she would handle things for me and cancelled my pervious insurance. She in fact did not and lied to me when I ask her about it again. The words I clearly remember was, "I'm sorry, things were just busy but I'll get it by today, I will take care of things for you".

Minh Thao is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. She is honest and up front with everything. They actively look for the best price for the customer.
