Mindy Andreychek - State Farm Insurance Agent

Mindy Andreychek Agent (License #: MD-33727) along with her staff Bonnie Stevens are very ignorant, rude and racist. I've contacted her about my homeowners policy months ago and finally she answered the phone 2+ months later. She couldn't even just say something like my apologies for my staff and I not getting back to you in a timely manner..... Instead, she had no empathy towards the situation as it pertains to the water damage to home that resulted in a flood in the basement. Her response to me was "well you have me on the phone now..... If I don't like the way I'm rude and racist to you then call State Farm and find another agent" and then she abruptly hung up the phone. My questions are not resolved and I also have 4 other policies with her.... If you want a great professional insura

Mindy is the best! She is personable and eager to help. Her years of experience are evident when you talk to her and she is incredibly professional! Highly recommend!

I have been insured through Mindy's office since 1988. If that time period doesn't mean anything about the service, I do not know what does. I get very up-front excellent personal service from this office.
