My car was stolen and wrecked almost a year ago, and even though I sent milton wrights office the police report, they still doubled my insurance to 614 monthly on a 2019 dodge. I asked them what they were gonna do to make it right, milton told me they could rewrite it i had to talk to claims and claims spoke with me 1 time then never answered the phone again! They keep giving me the run around even though the mistake was on state farms end. I even had to bring them another copy of the police report. Now I can't get insurance anywhere because they put on my record that I was the one that hit and run! Idiots!

I had the pleasure of speaking with McKenzie @ State Farm. The level of customer service was exceptional. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the questions I had regarding insurance. Very patient and understanding, I know I have the tendency to repeat myself a lot. McKenzie explained things to me and took the time to help me understand. I would definitely recommend State Farm & ask for McKenzie if you have any insurance needs.
