Well let’s just say I was treated like claim was never looked at . Called to file a claim they never even came out to assest my issue then 2 days later was denied my contractor contacted them and ask how I was denied with never seeing my house . Then 4 days later an inspector came and met with contractor then 4 days later denied again . Blaming snow which there was no snow . It was caused by wind . Lost all kitchen and living room furniture did not even take that into consideration. If you zoom in you can see no snow. I just don’t know how in’s get away with what they do . Yes I am hiring attorney and appealing this . I should not have to spend more money after they got money for 7 years from me then treat me like I am nobody . I am not giving up on this . Our agent and the adjuster were both very helpful regarding our claim. 3 massive trees came down in a storm and damaged the house. This place is dressed up as your friendly neighborhood insurance company, but they're just another money-hungry nightmare broker who will take your money for years and tell you kick rocks when you file a claim. And they'll do it during an extreme low point for you and your family. Stay far away from these people. Also, you suck, Millville.
