It's fine until you need something. I needed to file a claim for an accident and it took forever. I was told an adjuster would call me and 2 weeks went by. My agent never called me back or followed up. if I pay every month, nothing needs to be discussed. But, if I need something other than payment help, why can't that be as punctual. I wouldn't advise this company. You find out the real service level in situations like this.
