Sarah went above and beyond to help me as a new customer. This office was thorough, friendly, and helpful throughout my first experience of acquiring insurance. They explained everything to me honestly and concisely to provide me with what would be best fit for me. She stayed on the line with me as I made sure everything was completed and reassured me she was there to help with anything I needed. It made a very intimidating process simple.
