Rachel was awesome, very attentive and able to get me a great rate on my renters and auto insurance. She explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell or talk me into anything. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me navigate what had been an overwhelming process with other places. Rachel made the entire experience easy and understandable.

My wife and I just moved to Tallahassee and went to Mike Perez to set up our insurance. Rachel made the process very easy and was great to work with. We got to meet Mike and found him to very nice.
