Excellent customer service… we are very satisfied with the new home and auto insurance policy we purchased with Amanda's help. She also took great care of our needs to obtain the coverage and savings I wanted. I definitely recommend this office, especially for their excellent service.

After spending a week in Mexico on a missionary trip repairing houses and a school, we arrived to our home only to find our kitchen and great room flooded. Ahhh! Apparently, while we were away, We had heavy rain in our area and we ended up with a leak in the corner of the roof which caused severe damage to both rooms. I immediately called our agent, Mike Pemberton, and in no time at all, we had a restoration company out to take care of the water damage and drying both rooms out. I was able to quickly get a few companies out to access the damage and begin repairs. Yay! We are so thankful! I have also had to call roadside assistance a few times,and again, I called my agent’s office, and someone was on the job immediately!
