Mike Park - State Farm Insurance Agent

Mike has been helping me with my auto and condo insurance for many years.They always answer their phone and handle everything whenever I need them. Whenever Mike promise he will follow up and get back with me, he will do so without ever me needing me to reach out to them. Mike is very involve with everything in his office and he never brush things off and pass it onto his agents if it is something he feels he should handle personally. Someone recently tried to commit a fraudulent claim against me and it was bothering the heck out of me. Mike and his team followed up with this claim for weeks and did and said everything that made me really feel like they have my back. I am very comfortable with this team and really appreciate them.

Mike and his staffs are amazing!! After shopping for lower auto insurance premium, I recently switched to State Farm and I am so glad I did. Everyone is so incredibly helpful and attentive whether on the phone or in person. With their friendly customer service and excellent pricing, I would highly recommend them.

I had really bad accident and State Farm had gone out of ways to protect me. It was very ovious case with all the evidence of other driver at fault. However, other driver decide to take it to the small claims court even after the final settlement. State Farm claims team and Mike Park had case prepared so well that I didn't have to worry at all.
