I am writing to express my overall satisfaction with the StateFarm. However, I do have concerns regarding the customer service provided by Jennifer. On several occasions, both myself, two family members with policies here, and a friend have had negative experiences with her. Each situation was different, but the common thread was Jennifer's consistently unpleasant attitude. I believe it's important to address this issue, as it is impacting the experience of multiple clients. If she's unhappy in her role, perhaps a different position would be a better fit for her, because the current situation is becoming untenable. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
