TL/DR— State Farm, as a company, is fine. But this location is unhelpful. Go to any location in Charleston. They were nice and informative. I called in to get a quote on RV/Motorhome insurance and was told they could not give me a quote or any information unless I wanted to bundle my auto insurance as well. I do not wish to do that as I am pleased with my fixed rate auto insurance with another company. I have been doing my due diligence by calling around and checking prices/getting quotes. The other companies (Progressive, Erie, Geico, etc..) gladly gave me the information I was looking for. The person that answered the phone at this State Farm location seemed very uninterested in helping and not particularly nice. As State Farm was still on the list to be called, I reached out to another
Agent was knowledgeable and got me set up and out the door quick. Rates were much lower than the previous company I was with
Very nice friendly people. Good service!
