Just made several policy adjustments for vehicles and home coverage. As always Mike Hansen offered spot on suggestions and handled all of the changes quickly and professionally. Great person with great knowledge.

What a disrespectful disgusting person! Him and his assistant can’t take any accountability for their actions. Me and my fiancé are first time home buyers and we had no idea what we where getting into when we went threw Mike Hansen my first time speaking to him was today and the level of rudeness and ignorance that he displayed over a phone call was horrific. All we wanted to do was fix a policy after his office had messed up and sent us a check which we cashed cause we weren’t aware cause the check stated it was refund we are assuming from our insurance because they wanted to cancel us because of our roof not being fixed and after it was fixed they said nothing months later April 1st they sent me a email which I wasnt able to get too respond to then today in the mail we get a letter about

I’ve been with State Farm for 3 decades. My last agent sold and the new owners had horrible customer service. Looked for a new agent and found Mike about 10 years ago. Definitely the best customer service I’ve had. Highly recommended
