Mike Greenwald - State Farm Insurance Agent

Mike has been my agent for over 30 years and I have been with State Farm since I got my first car at 16. Having a local agent you can count on right here in Fairmount is a comfort.

We had a tree fall on our house last April. Our first agent never answered the phone or helped us so I thought switching back to Mike would be a good idea. First off, he’ll call 2-3 times in a row and leave no voicemail if you don’t answer your phone right away. Second, our roof leaked and got rain all over our bathroom floor for six months before the roof was sealed and when I told Mike I want my floors replaced he said “my floors have been wet before and dried out they were fine yours will be fine.” Now I have to worry about mold and sagging floors. He doesn’t care about you even with full coverage insurance he will protect State Farm. I asked for State Farm corporate number and Mike “didn’t have it” the adjuster would go 1-3 weeks without contacting me and Mike “couldn’t get ahold of ho

Mike is an excellent agent! I've always had exceptional customer care from his office, something rare nowadays. Whenever I've had a problem, I know I can count on him & Amber to work on a satisfactory solution. Like a "Good Neighbor" is a motto they truly live up to.

Very honest and helpful in giving good insurance. Especially when a lot of insurance policies don’t make a lot of sense to me. Luckily the insurance they carry is also perfectly in my budget.
