I’ve known Mike Flowers for many years and he has always been such a reliable and helpful friend. If there are ever any concerns, Mike does not hesitate to pick up the phone and answer your questions. Just the other day, I was involved in a fender bender in which the other driver was at fault. Luckily, I had Mike to help me through the entire insurance claim process. Within two weeks the claim was filed and my car was repaired with no hassle. Nowadays, that type of personal service is hard to find. I feel truly blessed to have such a great insurance agent like Mike Flowers.

Mike even makes his personal cell phone available to his clients, and I truly feel if something were to happen he would be right there ready to help in any way he could. Priscilla was great to work with too, she was super responsive to all my questions, and helped setup my renters insurance and new homeowners policy while we waited for our new home to be built. I like to support local businesses, but Mike Flower's Agency makes it easy with their great customer service.
