Mike Fernandez - State Farm Insurance Agent

I enjoy working with Mike as our agent. He has done a great job with our needs since he assumed a retiring agent's clients. His assistant, Millie, has been fantastic to work with and happily made changes to our policy that saved us significant money without reducing our coverage.

I had a situation where my car wouldn’t start, through the Statefarm app I had called a tow company. This tow company had taken 7+ hours with continuous “updates” on how much longer they would be to get to me. I finally called Statefarm and let them know that I would be towing through someone else due to the long wait and no assurance on if the tow company were even coming to me. I talked with Millie and she apologized profusely and was very pleasant to work with iverall. It wasn’t Stefan’s fault whatsoever that we had such bad luck with this company but Statefarm and Millie specifically did everything they could to make me feel as if I was being heard and well taken care of. I really do feel like a good neighbor with this agency. They are very hands on and personal when it comes to the importance of my insurance safety needs and always provides one on one friendly talks and conversations about my coverage and future needs. Millie has personally always been there for everything. So if you're looking for an agency that truly cares about your family's coverage and insurance needs this would be the one.

Just switched policies with Mike and he saved me hundreds of dollars on my policy. Did everything he could to make sure I was covered but given a good rate. Would recommend Mike if looking to switch policies!
