I've been a State Pharm client for many years. And all these years, my insurance agent, Irina Zavaliska, has helped me choose the right policies, including details we don't always know, offering advice and reminders. She's professional, always polite, and patient.

We regret not leaving this office sooner, having stayed primarily due to the kindness and support of a former employee. Since their departure, making calls has become a source of dread, particularly when Agnes is on the line. Her condescending tone makes us feel undervalued as customers. Despite having expressed our concerns to Mike previously, there has been no improvement. If you seek a genuine relationship with your agent and expect service that reflects the quality of State Farm’s rates, we suggest looking for another office. It often feels as though this place prioritizes profit over genuine customer care.
