My son moved to Dallas for a new job; my husband and I have been State Farm customers in Missouri for over 30 years and we asked for a recommendation from our agent for him. He gave us Mike Baker's name and both my son and I have been extremely pleased with the service, follow through and professionalism shown by Mike and his office staff. Every time my son had to call or email, he received a quick response. I also had a few questions early on, and Mike was very responsive and willing to be of help. I would honestly say that Mike Baker and his staff have lived up to the very high expectations I have come to expect from State Farm!

I've been with State Farm for over 15 years; 13 years in Missouri and now 2 years in Texas. Any time I've had to leave a message or email Mike or Jen, I've received a call or message back within a few minutes that is personalized to whatever I asked about. When my car was hit and the person didn't have insurance, they helped me through the process of getting everything filed and handled. When I had questions, they are more than happy to settle in and walk me through my quotes, coverage, or bills. I've been very happy with my experience so far.

I have been insured with Mike Baker for over 30 years, & for 30 years he has always been faithful in helping us obtain the proper coverage for our autos & homes. I recently had a hail damage claim & Mike & his office were very helpful in explaining what my policy covered & what the claim process was. SF as usual did a great job handling my claim & gave me a very fair settlement on my car. I always recommend SF & Mike's office to all of my friends!

We’ve been with Mike Baker for over 17 years and always experience great customer service and follow up. Three houses and multiple cars through the years and we have no complaints. He even answered us on a Saturday night at 10:30PM when my 16 year old was in a stressful vehicle situation. He eased our minds during this trying time. Now, THAT’S great customer service.
