Miguel Sanchez: Allstate Insurance

Shopping for home insurance and had the best experience possible. I’m not really the one to write reviews but after this experience I couldn’t just not write one. Miguel and Nathan answered every question thoroughly and took their time explaining so we could understand our policy. I have had many agents from pretty much any big names like State Farm and what not and this branch has by far the best experience. We have a couple all state branches where I live and I 100% would drive out of my way to get my policies done here, thank you guys again for all the help!!!

Ive had Allstate through Miguel’s office for over 3 years now. I unfortunately just had to file my first claim for my driver side window (car got broken into in the middle of the night) not only was Miguel professionally empathetic but he also kept me calm by going over my policy benefits and hooking me up with window repair that was covered by them! They made it super easy and reassured me that I really am in good hands. Thanks Team Miguel for everything you all do.

Yeah, so I don't do google reviews very often, but when I do, it's for people who deserve it. Miguel and Nathan, let me tell you that you ARE in good hands. Let's be honest. Insurance is insurance. You always need to be flexible when it comes to changes, but good communication is what these guys EXCELL in. Never had a single issue since I switched, and for three years, they kept me in the loop. Miguel and Nathan are both incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. Couldn't ask for a better experience with them. Even when I ultimately had to switch carriers, they were gracious and made the process very easy. Any time I called or sent an email, I had a response in the same-day. I used them for auto and renters insurance and couldn't recommend them more!

Miguel never fails me. Always responds quickly and efficiently. While I am not pleased with the rise in price, it's hard for me to even have a good reason to leave because Miguel always makes things so easy.
