MARM has outstanding service! They are very prompt in responding with policy change requests as well as processing of new policies. They are also very knowledgeable and a great resource when we have questions. Our agency does a lot of sprinkler policies through MARM and has for many years. I cannot recall one time when something wasn’t handled professionally and timely.
As a P&C agent, the service I receive from MARM, and Riah in particular, is top notch! They are fast, courteous, and thorough in their work.
You can't get a human to answer. I'm looking for a new insurance company.
