You better check your policies. State Farm is a scam. Had major damage to my home due to 3 frozen pipes and they denied claim cause water went into the ground?? Where is it suppose to go. Been with them over 40 years now I can't live in my home due to damage. I've never failed to make a payment but they sure are quick to deny a claim. How do you sleep at night? You inspected my home before covering it but major damage happens and the only thing I get from your team is a I'm sorry?? Check your policies people !!! I hope the same thing happens to everyone who is associated with state Farm. I'll be praying for a disaster to everyone. I've reached out to news stations and attorneys but probably won't get anything done.

Had the absolute pleasure today having an extremely thorough conversation today with Matt Huff from Michelle Oberto State Farm Insurance Companies. Matt was extremely patient with my questions and explained all facets of our total conversion to State Farm policies for both our Home and Auto coverage this afternoon. What a blessing this was. His consummate professionalism and knowledge just simply was impressive to say the least. The coverage was significantly lower on rates and coverage 3 times as good! Upset we did not do this sooner and unfortunately were with the same previous insurance company for over 10 years and realized now just how much we overpaid and were under covered. Both Josh and Michelle have did there part perfect during my claim. They took care of everything from the rental to scheduling repairs at the shop leaving me feeling well insured and taken care of as my truck gets repaired. Thank you

State farm is the best insurance company out there and I would highly recommend Michelle and her staff for anybody. Josh today stayed over the phone with me for almost one hour and he was so professional and helpful.
