Michael Marlovits - State Farm Insurance Agent

Michael’s business piggybacked on our State Farm insurance my mother initiated in 1958. We have had a long multi generational wonderful ongoing relationship with our state farm insurance representatives over the years. I want to especially complement Christina, she is so very professional and yet so very caring. She is so approachable and understanding. She goes above and beyond to make sure things are in order, and the best options are explored. Top notch! So glad that she is taking care of our insurance needs. I really feel like I am dealing with a friend or family member when I talk to her. What an unexpected breath of fresh air while dealing with an insurance company!

Why do I have an increase in my premium year after year? I have a CDL with no moving violations on my driving career/life. You slowly increase my premium every year. The value of my vehicles hasn’t increased in value. Every time I call your office, I can’t ever contact you. I have to talk to State Farm corporate. As an underwriter, you lag your responsibilities.

Do not use Michael's office if you expect to ever speak with them again. I recently took over my elderly mother's finances. I discovered that her home is woefully underinsured. Her agent was Michael. I tried calling his office several times over 2 weeks to increase the insurance. They never answered and did not call back. I decided to switch Mom's agent to our very responsive State Farm agent only to find out that Michael's office had to initiate the change. How were we supposed to accomplish that when they won't answer the phone??? I resorted to using State Farm's customer service center to contact Michael's office to switch agents. I was assured by 2 different customer service agents that they had spoken with Michael's office and the office had agreed to start the agent switch. The proce

Michael and his team are the most reliable, responsive, supportive, and caring office I have had the opportunity to work with! As I have gone through many transitions and with my car and business, Michael has always been so kind, encouraging, and always very honest with me. He has proven himself to be trustworthy and I hope to work with him for a long time! EDIT: I just got off the phone with his team about bundling home and auto and got so much information ad good help!

Christina was very good at explaining the pros and cons of keeping or cancelling my car insurance for my 2005 Honda which is inoperable right now and I will probably donate it to a worthy cause. She recommended suspending my insurance. That way I would not lose my standing that I have with current discounts for when I finally buy a new Honda. They would just transfer it over to the new car. Phew ! Glad she recommended that ! Christina was so friendly in our phone call and I'm really happy that she helped me figure out what to do , for now , with my Honda.
