Great customer service! Has been exceptional in helping us with Home and Auto insurance. Thankful to have folks like Michael and his team.

Typically don’t do negative reviews however given the life altering loss we experienced, compelled to warn others. Not an effective agent for devastating losses. Our home suffered a catastrophic loss to which State Farm did not pay what was owed and acted in bad faith. Had to hire legal counsel and public adjuster. Agent is misinformed, provided inaccurate information, and blatantly dismissive of the concerns and comments that “we should be happy with what we got”, refusal to escalate the claim, among many other unprofessional remarks. I pray your family never experiences a major loss. But to protect yourself, strongly advise against this person. Do not recommend.

Michael is super friendly and a very helpful agent. He made sure I have the best rates and coverage possible, and has always been very responsive whenever I needed to reach out to him. You won't go wrong with choosing him for your insurance!
