Michael Denney: Allstate Insurance

Five-star service when transferring my insurance to Mike's agency. Three-star service when starting additional policies with his agency. Once I got life insurance from an A+ S&P-rated company that had a MUCH better quote than the one he gave me he literally stopped responding to my emails and his office staff kept dropping the ball on getting me a quote on flood policy. I finally had enough and transferred to another agent. Still no email/apology for dropping the ball, nothing from him/his office - lack of class and professionalism in my experience. I hope they improve their customer service process...

Michael Denney's Allstate Insurance has saved my over $700 a year for upgraded coverage on my vehicle and home owners insurance. Whenever I have had a question, they have called my back right away and i really appreciate them responding quickly. Great doing business with Michael Denney's office.

If i was able to leave 0 stars for this agency I would. I myself happen to work for an Independent Insurance Agency so it is safe to say that I know how customers are supposed to be treated. The customer service I received from Elizabeth Bennett was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. I had a simple question about our policy and this woman talked to me like I was unintelligent, young, and stupid. Her job title describes her to be a "Service Specialist" however this woman has no customer service or communication skills what so ever so it amazes me that she has a job working in Customer Service. We have been long time and very loyal customers to this specific agency so to be treated so rudely is extremely frustrating.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this office! Elizabeth Bennett goes above and beyond to help me and answers all of my questions and really looks out for my best interest! She is quick, knowledgeable and makes me feel valued! I have recommended her to friends and family and all have the same experience and piece of mind that they are protected!

This agency is not willing to help. If you’re looking for great customer service as every consumer should be, pick a new agency. They are not responsive and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Liz Is very unprofessional in the way she acts and speaks towards clients. She raised her voice over the phone and also refused to help any further than she had because it was simply to much effort. She was not willing to help any further even though it was Allstate’s mistake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENCY!
