We were in a really tough spot after our last brokers became unresponsive after trying to work with them for 2 years. I sent an email to Mike before the office even opened and within 30 minutes he called me. By the end of day we had our new insurance policy in place. It was the best experience I could’ve asked for- I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I was just shopping around for some places local. I read reviews and what impressed me is the response from the owner. Apparently time was taken to actually read And answer any reviews good AND certainly any ill ones. Based on the owner's concern for the clients' reviews, I'm willing to give them a chance. Got a quote for a condo from these people for $1500 a year for a one bedroom condo. Called Statefarm and got better policy for $767. Stay away from these agents people,you can get better quotes pretty much anywhere!

Five stars all the way! I used them for homeowners insurance 1.5 years ago, and again for car insurance recently. Toni Johnson was very helpful for the homeowners, and Analydia Diaz was very responsive and tenacious with the car insurance. I would recommend Dehlinger to anyone, any day!

Everyone knows insurance in Florida is a complete mess so you have to work with someone that communicates in order to get anything done. Don't waste your time with this broker, I've been with them for 7 or 8 years now and this past year will be the last. Toni never answers her phone and never returns calls. I've left messages with other associates and still nothing. Save yourself the headache and find a broker that actually does their job. This place does the absolute bare minimum. Just enough so they can get their cut and move on.
