Michael Coughlan - State Farm Insurance

Very unhelpful and unconcerned with anything I had to say during an emergency. The policy was confusing, not explained well, and offered sparse coverage. I would recommend a different agency for your insurance needs.

Tried to receive help but was turned away so quickly that I couldn't get a chance to explain to her that I was told that I could go to any state farm to drop off. She didn't even try to help or ask questions. Went to another location, and they immediately helped and knew what to do. I'm sorry, but it made me feel uncomfortable, and I feel it was very rude. I do not know what her name was, but someone should surely speak with that rep or all reps to not treat people like that

I’ve relied on Coughlan’s office for four years now, and I’ve had a great experience. They always help me make decisions about the coverage that’s best for me. Jennifer has been especially helpful. She has taken the time to walk me through different plans and options. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Top notch professional customer service. I have auto and homeowners insurance with Mr. Coughlan and any time I have had to report a claim or start a new policy, the process was extremely smooth - no extra work on my part, they took great care of me.
