Mike cook is one of the best men I’ve ever met.. he TRULY cares about people, and honestly, I have MOUNTAINS of respect for him.. he is a true family man and he does a ton of volunteer work at no charge to people .. his wife and the office staff are incredible. You can trust Mike cook “ with your life” I say that, because I would and do… from the bottom of my heart !! 5 stars all the way around !

Courtney has been patient with me as I have asked her to explain and re-explain various things. She is always helpful and lovely when I call and she always gets things done quickly and does what she promises. In fact, everyone at Michael Cook State Farm has been good to me.

State Farm Raised rates in New York by 7%. Never a claim in 25 years as a client. Mike is good, State Farm is off.

Skip this agency. met michael cook . nice guy. probably not his fault. but switched my insurance to him for a auto policy he never mentioned that I agreed to enroll into there Drive safe program!! Nor did I .till I received the beacon from state farm . I'm 62 years old with clean driving record . Then I get threatening EMAILS FROM STATE FARM WHY I DID NOT INSTALL IT 3 IN TOTAL SO AFTER A SHORT RELATIONSHIP WITH HIS AGENCY I CANCELLED THE POLICY OVER IT . SO BE AWARE WHEN YOU CHOOSE STATE FARM .

After months of paying by check over the phone now they can only accept cash in the office. Could not give me a reason why. Always a hassle dealing with them. When I first went to them they were very helpful even opening the office after hours to set me up. Since then it's been a headache. Not sure why I cannot get a clear answer about things when I ask a question...seems it's always that way. Like a good neighbor State Farm is there? I've had insurance before through Marcella Smith State Farm in Olean for many years. They have much better customer service and act like they really do care, as well as always answering any question that was asked. Perhaps it's a challenge but make me feel like I'm a valued customer and not like dirt. Please.
