This insurance agency takes care of my elderly mother’s affairs I want to express my gratitude to how wonderful the ladies in the office help her. They are extremely polite and helpful, never bothered by all her questions. Their patience with her was exceptional I would recommend this office to anyone looking for insurance.

I was paying over 700$ a month for two clean vehicles for well over a year after being a customer for over a decade. They do not care. They will not help get you discounts. The people in the office over the phone are very friendly but shady and misleading. They are really only looking to hang you upside down by your ankles untill they've shaken every last dollar out of your pocket. I cannot be more unhappy with my experiences with this branch over the many years I was a customer. I am so happy I finnaly swiched, and am paying less than half the amount per month as I was for even more extensive coverage. So you've been warned!

I have been ripped off and forced to accept a settlement that was far less than the damage done to my property. Allstate did this by firstly, rejecting the initial estimate provided by their own appraiser, then by estimates given by three different roofers, and then by delaying the claims process until they found a contractor who would low-ball the repair cost rather than to accept the fair estimates provided. Being an engineer as well as a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Broker for more than 30 years, I am shocked and devastated by this claims experience. I have been a customer of Allstate for many years and recently had the opportunity to meet Michael at his office. I arrived without an appointment but he and other office personnel took the time to discuss an issue involving my auto insurance policy. Over the years I have met and/or spoken with many of this agency's staff and have always found each representative to be knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. A very nice group of people.
