The best customer service that I have experienced . They didn't talk to me as others had done with the shame tone and look. They made the task stress free. They found me the best options really fast. Made the visit really nice. Fast, friendly knowledgeable.

Do NOT go to this place. They take your money, let you get canceled and won't even bother to let you know that you're being canceled. Super crooked. I just lost a lot of money on a contract due to these people's carelessness. 🤦‍♂️

Husband has been calling since Tuesday to just get a quote to renew his insurance for work and the ladies there have been saying they'll call him back (over and over) yet nothing. We call back, same thing. Thursday we asked for a manager, they said he will call him. Nothing. Now, its Friday morning, they just hung up on him and they don't answer anymore. For them taking their sweet time (not knowing what to do) we about to lose a job. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I have used this insurance comp since we've been together over 20 years we have progressive ins comp, we love them the prices seem reasonable but we've never price compared because of the service we receive.
