This company's current state of tech is extremely concerning. Online portal system isn't working and tech support's requirement/solution is to go download and install Internet Explorer, a browser that hasn't even been supported by Microsoft since June. I'm sure there will be a headline about some ransomware attack if this is representative of the company's systems.
