Absolutely horrible! Customer service no help. Online support a complete joke. Nobody speaks English. Clark's Summit office no help not even interested in what my concern is. Instantly gave me the # I already have. Online support don't listen & extremely hard to understand. What a complete dysfunctional site & company! You deserve a minus infinity for a rating

Realized today that the goal for MetLife term insurance is to never pay out. To allow elderly people on a fixed income to pay premiums that go up significantly year after year so that they cancel the policy before it pays out. They have already paid more in premiums than the policy is worth Spoke to a manager today who barely spoke English and told me this is just how it is so disappointed in this company and would never never recommend them I consider this elder abuse so sad.

Representatives were very polite and friendly. I was speaking to them, because both my parents passed away, a year apart. I did not have any idea what to do. They helped and guided me through the process. It was a very difficult time. Thank you

Went in for the typical 45 minute interview that turned into less than 30 minutes. Corporate culture dictates you have to interview so many even if you have the person you want picked. Wastes a ton of time and is ridiculous.

These guys are awesome. So friendly, we hit it off right away. I didn't want to leave. Made my day. You won't be disappointed.
