SCAM: None of the 3 attorneys listed can take my case because they are overloaded so I am basically being forced to find my own attorney. The client representatives attempted to “make” the attorney(s) to take my case and they still wouldn’t. Okay, Fine. I asked if I could be reimbursed my legal fees and they would only cover between $240-$840 depending it on what type of case I have. So if I can get one of the attorneys in network to take my case, I won’t have to pay anything, but if I have to go outside of the network and find my own attorney- because their attorney are over worked and aren’t taking anymore cases, I basically won’t get my money back for having to go outside the network. . Website availability is that of a windows 95 platform. Asked for assistance getting insurance cards since their online printability is not there. Never heard back or received the documents I requested. Now they sent out a notice that they would no longer provide auto insurance. What a lovely company.

Needed help with auto insurance policy. I went to the office with locked glass doors and when the woman came to the door, she handed me a paper with a bunch of phone numbers on it and said she couldn't help me, turned and walked back into her glass palace. She was quite rude. My insurance is paid and I just need my ID cards and a copy of my policy. Will be going to a different insurance provider.

They will not respond to me regarding a billing overcharge with payroll deduction. They even blocked me from emailing them. Worst ever
