Metlife isn't worth pouring water on if they was burning. They denied my claim trying to say that the wind blew my door open and struck one of there insured person. When the person backed I. Tk my van and tore my door off. Good luck getting anything out of them with out a lawyer.
We needed to put a new roof on our home before we could insure it. After we did that we were very pleased with the help in decision making and continued to add my jewelry.
This is a financial advisors office, not homeowners insurance etc. Nice and professional staff here.
