I booked a cruise here and just by chance I won one at work! So I called to cancel I called for a week straight and the agent mr Gaines was never available! I finally got the receptionist to pull up my information! She asked did I have a protection plan I said no what's that? She said well you will only get 150$ back mind you I've paid 450$ Into this cruise! 10 days later still no refund and I still can't get in touch with mr Gaines! So I lost 300$ possibly 450$ he didn't disclose all the information and after he got my money he disappeared! Every time I call I get the run around! I mean hey it's only 450$ I mean who cares right

I love this travel agency, they are the best for all of your traveling needs. I've used them before in 2013 when i went to Las Vegas on a family and friends trip. We had an awesome time and trip for a little of nothing. This is my number one place to go to for any kind of trip. 😉

Booked my 40th bday cruise with them. They have been very helpful and worked on all types of special request!
