I was in search of a phone # for my parents burial insurance through Pacific Mennonite Aid Society, but was getting nowhere. Through a google search I reached Teresa at Mennonite Insurance. Although she and her company had nothing to do with the burial insurance company, she let me know she would do some research and get back to me the next business day. I was doubtful that I'd hear back, so I was very surprised when she called back with phone #'s for me. The first # on the list was the one for the burial insurance agent I needed to speak to! I really appreciated that Teresa went out of her way to help me and got back to me so promptly - very unexpected in this day and age! She was so kind on the phone and really bent over backwards to find the information I needed. Thank you, Teres
