Rates just went up to an unbelievable amount. And I am not able to call the office directly. You have to call the service desk which I've done three times. Not happy with this. So Geico if you see this I need to make an appointment to come in to see you at the local office in Columbus Georgia. P.S. I switched to another Auto insurance company and canceled my Geico policy.

I spent hours setting up new auto and renters insurance policies with autopay starting February 19. Paid over $400 by check for January payment using an account that was different from the voided check I provided to Sarenity for autopay to start on February 19. Got letter from company called Assurant with list of autopay schedule from the wrong account. Called Mendez Hollis and had the misfirtune of getting Melissa. She listened and then started talking over me without acknowledging me by name. I asked to speak with Sarenity. Melissa kept annoying me with her childlike inability to grasp my request to speak with the agent who set up the policies. Hope Sarenity will call me back. If not, someone may call when the 2/19 payment is declined.

‼️I SAVED $174 A MONTH BY SWITCHING TO PROGRESSIVE‼️ Had Geico for 10 years. Hit a deer. They only paid about a third of what they are responsible for. She wouldn’t come back to reassess the damage once the hood was able to be opened. Rates kept going up every 6 months. I've officially washed my hands of this horrible company. I recommend you do the same!

Any time I have had an issue with anything, I have always been greeted kindly and the issue was resolved that day and typically within less than half an hour. Their app is very self explanatory and tracking your driving is one of their specialties that gives you discounts. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good, reliable company to be insured with.

He will not accept my calls or return my messages. I have been an auto customer since 6/1999. I have been a homeowners policy since 2016. I have called Mr Hollis for help. Apparently he is only interested in taking my money for 25 years. Now I need him, he ignored me. The first time in 25 year to get behind in my payments. O nly 2 months, and Geico says there is nothing they can do. They are canceling my policy over $158. I have been unemployed since 9/2022. I am searching for a job day and night. So far, nothing has come up. I'm really upset about the attitude that Geico is taking. I guess that they are canceling my policy. Ii truly hope that they will loose all of their accounts.
