The folks at Melanie Villeneuve's State Farm agency are at the top of their game. Both Melanie and Dayle have provided outstanding service during the last few years I have had all my insurance policies serviced by them. I find Dayle and Melanie to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I rely on them for advice on all insurance matters, even on my out of state policies serviced by another agent by law. They get the big picture and have more expertise than other agents I have had to deal with. I'm comfortable knowing I can call on them for advice and support.

Bianca provided outstanding service, making the entire insurance process incredibly easy for me as a first-time car owner with no prior knowledge of insurance. She was professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain my options, allowing me to make confident, informed decisions. Melanie's office and Dayle were excellent and responsive. I was able to lower my Medicare Supplement insurance for a considerable savings. All handled with short notice. They have also helped me with my Auto Insurance. For changes and temporary coverage reductions during my extended travels out of town. I have been with State Farm for all my driving years. I’ve been with Melanie and her State Farm team since they first opened, and they’ve been awesome to work with!
