I’ve had multiple issues with this transportation company from the drivers being rude and driving Erratically to being dropped off at the wrong location causing me to miss my physical therapy appointment I had waited a month and a half for, to them just plain ok’ not showing up to take me to my scheduled appointments multiple times. They have also been so early to pick me up some days they will be sitting in front of my home for 30+ minutes at times, causing friction with my roommates, even though I’ve asked multiple times that I’d they are that early to please park down the street to wait. They seem to not care in the slightest that their job is to take patients to scheduled health care appointments that have a very specific time frame to arrive. hiring people overseas for this job is probably cost efficient, however the service that your overseas reps provide is embarrassing. I called to start an authorization request for a service last week and marked it as medically urgent. Now I spent 40 mins on hold to find out that the case was not marked as urgent. And to make something medically urgent you still have to wait 5 days. the reps also are not trained well, one is giggling in the background and one is breathing into the headset. hire better employees people. I really hope calls are recorded bc you should hear how your reps are speaking with one another. TERRRIBLE VENDOR FOR PRECERT. AWFUL CUSTOMER/ PROVIDER SERVICE.

The female receptionist that answers calls is very rude and short with people who call. Occurred on 9/27 @4pm
