This is a horrible insurance company!!! Their customer service is horrible and not compassionate at all!!!!!!! I lost my son and I was three days past the grace period and they canceled my sister‘s policy and would not renew it either after being with the company for 23 years. When this company was Kemper Life Insurance it was awesome!!! My sister has Down Syndrome and I am her guardian and her only caretaker. I called to get information from them to renew her medical benefits and the female I was talking to keep saying your sister will have to verify her address and I told her AGAIN that she has Down Syndrome and she said if she can’t verify she wouldn’t help me because it’s against their policy. They need to take some lessons on customer service and being more helpful and compassionate t

On hold for 40 minutes so far have not gotten to anyone. They are claiming my sons injury was previous paid and it was not. And tomorrow they will issue a check for 0.00 unless i can get a hold of someone. 42 minutes on hold so far.

Really terrible insurance company. They're recognized nowhere and the amount of loopholes in the coverage is terrible. Never once was this coverage easy to use and simple. Not to mention you can never get a hold of their reps, and when you do, they're no help. What's even better? When you leave your employer, they send you the bills for the monthly premiums your employer was supposed to pay. The only party that benefits here is the employer. Honestly I bet dollar general has better benefits.

Canceled my policy back in September. They took October's payment and November's payment leaving me $83 in the hole. Horrible customer service. Telling me that I have to wait like 20 days to get my money back. Told the guy you can with draw it right way then you can put my money back right now. Frauds Scammer's. I will be getting in touch with my lawyer as well if I don't get my money back by the end of the day 11/7/2023. Stay away from these people.
