Working with MediConnect Insurance was so easy. I had many, many questions. Both Shina and Kaitlyn patiently explained my options and made certain I had the benefits that were most important to ME! I never felt pressured. They checked EVERY medication and physician to be certain that I did NOT loose the coverage I wanted. They did take the time to offer an option with lower co-pays, then, on their own went through each physician again and discovered one physician did not accept that plan. She made certain to point this out, and she dismissed her own suggestion knowing how important keeping my current physicians is to me. Adam went so far beyond Excellent that there is no further to go. He spent so much time with us and we eventually found our best option. I have assisted running schools and companies. I have NEVER encountered anyone of ADAM'S caliber before. Knowledgeable, respectful, kind, work ethic beyond anything I have EVER seen, patient, calming and my frustrating job became very successful. I had one of the most positive experiences with Keith Carson, who helped me select the best healthcare plan for my elderly Mom. Her plan "was no longer available" in our area. The letters from her current plan, Highmark BCBS were coming regularly, yet none of the numbers provided to help us were working. 2:06 hours on hold, gave up. Left two messages, no return call. The day I called ams left a vm for Keith Carson, he returned my call that day. He was genuine and knowledgeable. He took all Mom's doctors' names and all her meds. Met TIM BROWN at Wellspan Evan for Medicare seminar, was very informative. He has since helped get my fiance a wheel chair that we worked on 6 months and couldn't get put through, once he got involved we got it in 2 weeks. TIM is giving me guidance and understanding on becoming medicare eligible especially since I have been on medical assistance for some time..I highly recommend this company and TIM BROWN.
