They are very rude, they are a debt collector for medical bills, they will not identify themselves over the phone and are threatening to turn me into a collection agency for a bill that was paid 2 weeks before they sent me a nasty letter. They will also call and hang up on you multiple times, I’m not sure why.

This is the best med service provider company I have come across in my 10+ years in the IT field. They provide convenience and reliability and build relationship trusts that make their service feel like a bond where they will do everything they can to help. This is the first company I have seen making connections with a service first approach model. #WhatCanTheyDo4U

Are they a collection agency? They sent me a letter trying to collect a debt I owe to a local hospital.

Who are these people??? They don’t identify who they are or who they work for.
