The worst, RUN AWAY. Mother died and she and my dad (also passed) used this agency for their home insurance for decades. I called the agency because I could not find a current copy of the insurance and was told they couldn't search by name which I found odd and was told someone would call back, which they never did. So I had my insurance agent who handles my insurance look at the policy, the first problem was that it was a "Non Admitted" policy. Afterward, my insurance person came back with an "Admitted" policy that was $700 cheaper and had $165,000 more coverage. Two months later I heard from someone at McMann Price warning me that the house insurance needed to be renewed. Now it seems they found the policy and a way to contact me. I just ignored them as should everyone else.

Great personal service. Always on top of the clients needs and always willing to meet whenever I have a question or concern. Kerry and Sue take a personal interest in my insurance status and needs.
