This company has provided me with the most frustrating flex benefits experience imaginable. To start, I received instructions on how to active my FSA card for 2020 in December.. but didn't receive a card. I called, waited on hold for a very long time and after speaking with someone over the phone, received a card 2 weeks later. So now I have the card, but I couldn't log in in the online portal to activate the card using the credentials they supplied to me. Had to call again and wait on hold again. Got it activated. A week later I finally get around to using the card at the Meijer pharmacy and it gets declined. I covered the $100+ out of pocket. Called customer service(again). Waited on hold for a good while(again). Sense a theme here? I asked exactly what I needed to do to get the situatio
