I used the company for years. Overall during that time there was a low sense of urgency to get things done. I had to make several follow up calls if I needed anything. They always promised to do things, but needed a lot of coaching to get anything done. They seemed to be simply going through the motions very lackadaisically. I have found much more energetic insurance folks that are truely helpful and customer oriented.

Terrible fsa provider, deny claims when proper info is submitted including tax id's and all info needed to. This is my money earned and it is being held captive, not a fan and will likely not participate in program in the future if this keeps up...
