McGrath Insurance Agency

I called on Feb 3rd to get some home insurance quotes. I spoke to Bella and, after a back and forth about why I’m not happy with my current insurance, I basically asked her to take my information to get some quotes. She stated she would get back to me the following day. It has been a month and no call back. Not a great way to deal with potential new customers. Maybe this company was great to work with years ago but now, not so much.

McGrath Insurance Agency had been my agent for over 30 years. Until recently they were the best agent to work with. They had contacted me regarding adding another person to my Insurance(this person has their own insurance with another agency). Long story short McGrath told me how to fix this issue , which I thought I had done, until I found they provided me with incorrect information. When I called McGrath I was met with an awful attitude from the employee handling my account. Needless to say I changed agents (which provided me with $500 less than McGrath) Afterwards I was told McGrath had called my new agent with an awful and rude attitude.informing them my policy is incorrecct still. I am a customer of 30+ years and feel like this agency does not care anymore. I have been trying to days to contact them with no answer. I plan to try one more time and then shop elsewhere. No idea what is going on there but customer service is no longer professional
