My parents had their car insurance house Insurance for 50 years with this agency through all there changes they used this Agency in Sudbury. My Mom got notice that they were not carrying nationwide ins…. So we tried to inquire about a new company they never return call or try to text to email… my mom is 92 she has gone blind so she doesn’t drive a car anymore..so I think the no longer wanted to help an Elderly lady insure her house…I highly recommend Sudbury Insurance!

Unfortunately, I cannot speak favorably about this office. We used them for years, and then, for whatever reason, they became unable to answer multiple messages and voicemails. A few times I was asked to understand, but weeks? I dealt with Ms. Sherman and am perplexed at how they communicate so poorly.

M, C, and H are a local insurance company but work with Preferred Mutual. The Preferred Mutual 1-800 number goes to a busy signal. After 6 days and 2 messages at the local offices, I still have not heard from an agent. (The message taker is friendly though!) The home insurance rates are 160+% of MetLife. It is a busy time of year, I know. But at least with other agencies you can speak with someone quickly. I would suggest shopping around before signing up with this agency.

I've been a customer here for several years and have always experienced excellent service. I appreciate that the agency shops around for the best insurance rates for our needs and finds us ways to save money. In addition, in the very few times (knock wood!) we've had to use our insurance, they've been very attentive and helpful every step of the way! Excellent place to do business with.
