Worst company ever. They do everything in their power not to pay any claims. Best to send them anything return receipt if they need documents, otherwise they say we never received it. Would give 0 star if I could. They also like to not answer phones or put you on an indefinite hold.

Don't even try to call, they like to ignore your calls or put you in a hold without saying anything and when they finally answered a Tina took my call and was extremely rude

The first time we are dealing with them with the staff last 2019. They are really great. They respond to our inquiry not a day or two. They are really nice. Just recently 2021-2022. it takes them 6 months to take care the rest of our claims. When you sent them an email they do not response for 3 weeks to months. Everything all the paper works needed are provided since the beginning but why it takes this long to take care of. Please do your job and do right.

Worst company ever!!!! They will try their hardest to not approve your claims. Stephanie is very rude over the telephone. Overall the company still issues paper checks in 2022. They do not have an online presence that allows you to submit and track your claims from a portal system. Everything they do is old fashioned and out of the date. I would not recommend any commercial company , any non-profit to use this for their employees company or individuals. THEIR HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely depends on who you get to talk to in the disability claims department. Stay on top of your own paperwork. They work slow.
