MDP Insurance representative Bob Middleton sent us a quote, for specialized workers compensation insurance, with several serious errors of fact which also inflated the premium. When I pointed the errors out to him and asked for a correction, he refused to attempt this. In response to a follow up email he called me "incredibly obnoxious".
